Somatic Breathing To Release Anxiety
Somatic Exercise with Breathing and Releasing Tension
You already know that breathing helps to calm the mind and the body. But sometimes you don’t find that the natural inhale and exhale work to help you find the calm you seek.
Some breathing exercises feel difficult to tap into, and so it may be difficult to feel the release of tension.
Because of that, I’ve created a brief Somatic Breathing Video for you to engage in a somatic informed vibrational breathing.
Vibrational Somatic Breathing to Release Anxiety and Tension
This exercise allow you to get in touch with your tension that is carried on your mind, and body. As well, the two vibrational breathing exercises allow you to tap into the tension and vibrate the energy out of the breath- releasing tension, pressure and discomfort, out of the body in an organic, easy way.
